RESET FITNESS

First time at Reset Fitness, here’s all you need to know:

Arrive at the studio 15 minutes before your class.

Check in using the reception iPad.

Store your belongings in one of the lockers in reception or in the changing areas.

Pre-order your shake.

Meet your coach and enter the studio for an explanation of how your class will work.

Enjoy your workout and listen to the coach’s advice.

Shower and refresh (please bring your own towel or rent/purchase one from reception).

Pick up your shake.

Book your next class and your assessment (if you haven’t already had one!).
