Make sure you arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes before. Wear your workout gear, running shoes and bring yourself. Friends are welcomed too.

Meet your Trainer

Check-in at the reception counter and collect your heart rate monitor. If you have your own check system compatibility and register with our front desk. To discuss and set your goals forward, book an assessment with our dedicated instructors. Scheduling will be done in venue only.

GET WITH THE
PROGRAM

5 mins before class proceed to studio to meet your instructor. Pick any marked station on the floor to start (location doesn’t matter) and face the screens (follow the arrows for direction). During the workout choose either intensity and work at your own pace.

THE AFTER-MATH

Rock up to the bar and grab your shake, grub or coffee. Pre-order your refuel prior to class. Don’t forget to visit our retail corner on your way out.
