Make sure you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before. Wear your workout gear and training shoes, and bring a friend too.

Meet your Trainer

Check-in at the reception and collect your heart rate monitor. If you have your own wearable device, check at reception for system compatibility. To start your fitness journey and set your goals, book an assessment with one of our amazing trainers.
Scheduling will be done in venue only.

GET WITH THE
PROGRAM

5 mins before class proceed to studio to meet your instructor. Pick any marked station on the floor to start (location doesn’t matter) and face the screens (follow the arrows for direction). During the workout choose either intensity (FUNCTIONAL/ATHLETIC) and work at your own pace.

THE AFTER-MATH

Head to the bar, grab a shake, snack or a coffee. Pre-order your refuel prior to class. Don’t forget to visit our retail corner on your way out.
