Reset Fitness unveils plans for new CRM

2025 is set to be an exciting year for Reset Fitness. Alongside franchising, we will be introducing our own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This represents another significant milestone in our development as an innovative tech-based fitness brand.

“We’re thrilled to be launching our CRM system. Our in-house tech team have dedicated significant time, diligence and intelligence into a creating a system that will successfully serve staff and client needs,” says Ethan Matthews, Chief Operating Officer of Reset Fitness.

“We have combined our technological expertise with our experience of running a thriving fitness studio, creating a CRM system that delivers operational efficiency and efficacy for staff and elevates the customer journey and experience,” Matthews adds.

Staff Support

User functionality has been a key focus of our CRM, creating a system that is simple and intuitive for staff to use. Administrative tasks and processes are streamlined and automated, allowing staff to focus on more important areas of the business, such as customer engagement and overall experience.

For managers and owners, the CRM system provides real-time data on the status of the business, from occupancy and memberships levels to revenue and lead conversion, even on the go – through the CRM’s supporting Admin App.

“Our CRM system provides data clarity and transparency, enabling staff to make more informed and effective decisions, identify client trends and address potential issues before they escalate,” explains Matthews. “We know that tracking even the simplest information, such as a client no show, can be critical in improving client retention and relationships.”

 

Client Experience

User functionality also extends to client experience, with the customer journey thoughtfully considered in the creation of our Reset Fitness Tribe App.

“We wanted our member app to be an extension of our studio experience: fun, supportive, inspiring and community oriented. Clients can of course make class bookings, but they’ll also discover within the app a wealth of tools and curated content to support and motivate them in achieving lasting success in their fitness and health goals,” Matthews reveals.

These tools include hydration and calorie trackers, achievement badges, class attendance and body assessment stats and articles on nutrition, fitness and more.
