How did you get into fitness?

I’ve been active most of my life and passionate about different sports throughout my life. Once I realized how much I enjoy coaching and how much knowledge I can share to shape and change people’s lives, it was an easy transition to move full-time to the Fitness & Wellness Industry.

What do you bring to Reset classes?

I bring lots of fun and energy to each class with the attention to movement patterns, alignment and form. Coming from endurance training background, and with additional qualifications in yoga and meditation, I bring mix of fun and energetic classes to calming breathing exercises. If you need to be pushed in the class, or if you wish to focus on mobility and alignment, I’m your person.
