How would you describe yourself?

Charismatic, passionate and goofy 🙂

Where are you from?

I am from Cape Town, South Africa

How did you get into fitness?

Fitness and being healthy have always been part of my life. I took part in every seasonal sport, just to keep me out of trouble and busy. Then I took it upon myself to get qualified and experienced to help others transform and have a better quality of life. 

What do you bring to Reset classes?

I bring passion and support to every member that steps foot into our studio, guiding them to their health goals and wellness outcomes.

Tell us a secret about yourself:

I once hiked Table Mountain all by myself and wondered around on the mountain for 6 hours just to see if I could find new pathways to hike with my family. Adrenaline is what I live for.

How would you describe yourself?

Chilled out, until there is some sort of competition, then you see the real side of me!

Where are you from?

Birmingham, UK

How did you get into fitness?

I’ve been involved in sports since childhood, mainly football and combat sports, and I knew from a young age I wanted a career in fitness/sports. After school, I completed various coaching qualifications and haven’t looked back since!

What do you bring to Reset classes?

I am a form connoisseur, I’ll help you with movement patterns to avoid injuries and ensure you get the most out of your session, as well as motivation on your toughest days!

Tell us a secret about yourself:

I am a strength and conditioning coach who has had the pleasure of working with World Champion athletes and Olympians!

LAUREN GOGGS

How would you describe yourself?

Bubbly and Fun…but could also be your Mum 😉

Where are you from?

The Garden of England, otherwise known as Kent. 

How did you get into fitness?

I have always loved sport and exercise. When I moved to London I got stuck in a corporate job working all hours under the sun and not taking care of myself. I burnt myself out and knew I needed to look after my own physical and mental wellbeing.

I left my job to travel and learn more about my own body which led to taking my PT qualifications and soon feel in love with helping women become more confident versions of themselves through exercise. Becoming a mum has only cemented my commitment to helping women through fitness.

What do you bring to Reset classes?

As well as wealth of knowledge in health and wellness, I bring a tonne of energy to motivate the class and some pretty terrible dance moves!

Ooh, too many to choose from. You will have to buy me a drink first ;)

LUKHIE SONGWIQI

How would you describe yourself?

Hard to miss me when I walk into the room: the life and joker of the party.

Where are you from?

South Africa

How did you get into fitness?

My background is professional rugby, I played for the Natal Sharks. I also have a big passion and talent for cricket – give me a ball, bat or racket and I will excel. My natural inclination for sport led me to group training, personal training and nutritional planning.

What do you bring to Reset classes?

My team sports leadership, coupled with high energy, a personable demeanour and a reassuring attitude. You will certainly have fun and be motivated to crush those classes! Are you ready?

I used to be a ballroom dancer.

MOHAMMED UMAR

How would you describe yourself?

Energetic, people-focused and results driven. I bring a mix of professionalism, empathy and high standards to everything I do whether that’s coaching a class, supporting a member or helping someone push past a mental barrier. I genuinely enjoy seeing people grow together, not just physically but in confidence too.

Where are you from?

I am from Mumbai, India

How did you get into fitness?

Fitness started as a sport for me – I was a professional football player and a passionate marathoner over time it evolved into a career. I coached people and communities for some of the world’s top brands . What began as training for performance turned into a passion for coaching, helping others move better, feel stronger and enjoy the process. That transition from athlete to coach really defines how I approach fitness today. 

What do you bring to Reset classes?

I bring high energy, clear coaching and a strong focus on member experience. My goal is to make classes challenging but welcoming – where people feel supported, motivated and excited to come back. I pay close attention to form, effort and mindset while keeping the atmosphere positive and engaging.

Tell us a secret about yourself:

Something that most people don’t know about me is the fact that I love dancing, doodling and I never want pineapple on my pizza.

KRISTOFFER FERRER

How would you describe yourself?

I’m a bundle of joy that will make your hardest workout feel like a breeze. If you don’t have any motivation  you can have some of mine. I have plenty!

Where are you from?

From the land of so many Islands  Philippines.

How did you get into fitness?

One day I woke up and I thought to myself  I want to make people sweat and suffer. So being a fitness coach was the only viable option. Purgatory was not hiring at that moment.(Reset Fitness: Kris, you have a wicked sense of humour!!)

What do you bring to Reset classes?

You bring you and I will bring tonnes of motivation, fun, support and encouragement. All in high dosage. 🤗
