Reset Fitness provides Group Functional Circuit Training. Our workouts are TV-led and trainer-assisted with daily changing disciplines of Cardio, Strength, Shape and Combat.

Our full body functional training sequentially works and rests muscle groups to maximise results, while reducing the risk of injury or overload.

One of the unique features of our 50-minute classes is the Functional vs Athletic exercise options, which allow participants to progress or regress at their own pace. The two intensity levels make group fitness classes less intimidating and suitable for all fitness levels.
